Can we bring in our own food or caterer?
Yes! You may bring in any of your own food or catered food. There is a small kitchen on site that includes an oven, microwave, double sink and refrigerator/freezer. The only exclusion is the stove top, which cannot be used to cook per fire code.
Is there a bar?
Yes. There is a custom bar that was made from reclaimed bowling lane ends that were original to the building. There are also two kegerators and a deep cooler for use behind the bar. You may bring in your own drinks of choice. If you CHOOSE to use a bar service, they must carry a liquor license and insurance.
How many guests does the space hold?
Our maximum occupancy is 200.
Can you create a small, intimate setting at your venue?
Yes. The room can easily
be partitioned if you are having a smaller event.
Are there tables and chairs available on site?
Yes. We currently have seating available for 200. The majority of our tables are 72" rounds that seat ten guests. We do have a few 8 foot tables to use for food and/or head tables, and we also have a few small square tables for gifts/cake/food if needed.
What is the cost for the tables?
The tables are free to use with the rental of the space.
What is the cost for the chairs?
If you are renting the space for a wedding, our "champagne" colored chiavari chairs will be included in the price of your wedding package.
If you are renting the space "A la carte" for a more casual event, the rental price includes seating for up to 60 guests; it is an additional $1 per person beyond that.
